Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING: 

We are proud to offer a quick packaging and shipping time. But to ensure our customer satisfaction, for standard shipping, we ask that you allow 4-7 business days for our team to process your order. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $8.00. Orders of $100+ receive free shipping. Allow 5-10 business days for your package to arrive within the USA, with exception to delays or weather. 

If you need an expedited shipping service, we are happy to process and ship your item within 2-4 business days for a higher shipping fee of $14.00. Note that does not account for USPS delivery times. 

Overnight shipping options are available for a fee of $30.00. 

You can track your order using the tracking number that will be sent to the chosen contact method. You can paste your tracking number into USPS and see where your package is. 

We use USPS as our carrier. Once your package is in the possession of USPS we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.  We do our absolute best to package your items with care

RETURNS: 

We aim to serve our customers well and intentionally, so if for some reason you have an issue with your order, we do offer returns if you submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your package. In order to request a return, you must email contactshoprefound@gmail.com with photos describing the flaws or error. Once your return is processed, you will ship your return back to us using a prepaid label provided by us, and we will inspect the item. If a return is accepted, you will be refunded to the original payment method with $8.00 deducted from your return balance. 

If you want to request a return for a Refound Item, you will be required to submit photos of the flaws. Note: by purchasing a Refound clothing item, you understand and accept that there will be wear and tear. Item is not in new condition. You as the customer accept the expected condition when purchasing. Any noticeable flaws will be noted in the product description. Measurements are provided on Refound Items to ensure that it fits correctly.

How long does delivery take?

For Standard shipping rates, we ask that you allow 4-7 business days for our team to process your order, and once USPS is in possession of your package, expect a delivery time between 5-10 business days.  For expedited shipping, overnight shipping, or international shipping, please read out shipping section. 

How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking number that will be sent to the chosen contact method. You can paste your tracking number into USPS and see where your package is.

What are shipping costs?

All shipping is a flat rate of $8.00. Orders of $100+ receive free shipping. 

Can I change or cancel my order after its been placed?

We are happy to help assist you should you decide to change your order. If you want to edit your cart after you paid, please email contactshoprefound@gmail.com for assistance along with your order number and help us understand what you’d like to change. Please understand if we already began to package your order, you will not be able to change your order. By placing an order with us, you understand that we are able to deny your changing/adjusting your order if we have already begun to process it. 

What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact our customer service team at contactshoprefound@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

For your security, all transactions are encrypted. 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we are happy to offer gift wrapping at an extra expense. Gift wrapping is an additional $7.00 and includes a gift box and your personalized note in the package. 

Influencer Partnerships:

We are thrilled that you are interested in partnering with us! We value our community and we want to create a space where women feel confident to dream and work toward their goals while wearing clothing they feel confident in. We want to have a community of women that support each other, help each other navigate life, and achieve your dreams. If you feel that you strongly align with our brand, please fill out the following document and we will be in touch with you if we see a good fit. Please only submit once every 3 months.  

Influencer partnerships are currently gifted items along with a specialized code to share with followers in exchange for content. We are not partnering with influencers for paid opportunities at this time.
